All WPC Immigration Consultants are accredited by the OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner). The OISC is responsible for regulating immigration advisers by ensuring they are fit and competent and act in the best interest of their clients.

The UK Border Agency is responsible for securing the UK borders and controlling migration in the UK. UKBA manage border control for the UK to enforce immigration and customs regulations. UKBA are also responsible for considering applications for permission to enter or stay in the UK, and for citizenship and asylum.
