How can my agency obtain a Work Permit for a candidate?
Agencies are not permitted to apply for Work Permits, therefore you will either need the agreement of the end client to sponsor the candidate or, in the case of a non-EU IT Contractor, you may wish to take advantage of our sponsorship and Ltd company options.

Permanent positions:
If your client wishes to employ a highly skilled individual with a high level of education and for a senior position then the candidate may be eligible for a work permit. Eligible positions include such occupations as IT Specialists, Software Engineers, Speciality Chefs, Civil Engineers, Designers, Accountants, Actuarys, Programmers, Auditors, Welders, Musical Directors, Sales people, Mechanical Technicians, Lawyers, Managers etc. Low skilled jobs are not eligible for a work permit such as; Cleaner, Office Administrator, Waiter, Retail, Site Labourer, Warehouse Packer.
