1 We work on a NO WIN NO FEE basis in most work permit cases
2 HSMP cases are handled on a shared risk basis.
3. Home Office application charges for Work Permits (Currently £190), HSMP (currently £400) and FLR (£350) are not included in the above fees. These fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
4. OUR FEES ARE PLUS VAT (VALUE ADDED TAX CURRENTLY 17.5%), HOME OFFICE APPLICATION CHARGES AND ADVERTISING EXPENSES THAT WE MAY BE INSTRUCTED TO PERFORM. THIS MEANS THAT A BASIC WORK PERMIT APPLICATION WITHOUT ADVERTISING WILL COST £739 + VAT.
