The Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) has been designed by the UK Home Office to allow individuals with exceptional personal skills to come to the UK to seek and gain work. You do not need an offer of employment in order to apply for this visa. Once you have been granted an HSMP visa you will find it easier to gain employment as you will not need a work permit - this has been the biggest obstacle to date for overseas jobseekers when applying to work in the UK.

| How do I know if I will be eligible? |

Please complete the HSMP assessment in the next step. Our trained advisors will assess your case. Please consider that the Highly Skilled Migrant Scheme is for highly skilled personnel and is not open to everyone.
Stage 1 - Assessment
Our experienced team of registered immigration consultants will assess your case and provide a summary of your chances of acceptance. Simply complete the assessment form in the next step and if you then want our advisors to accurately assess your case, send a copy of your CV and a payment of £65 to us.
You pay the assessment fee of £65 at this stage. This fee is not refundable
Stage 2 - We collect copies of the relevant documents and build your case
If your assessment is positive, you can choose to proceed with your application for an HSMP visa. At this stage you will need to pay £599+VAT (£703.83). On receipt of this fee, we will send you a list of copies of documents required from you to accompany the HSMP application. You will also be offered a 15 minute one-to-one consultation either at our offices in Uckfield or over the phone.

Stage 3 - Application
After assessing the copies of your documents, we will then ask you to send us originals of ALL documents and the remaining fee. On receipt of these we will be ready to file your HSMP Visa application to the Home Office. We are confident of a high degree of success.
You pay the balance fees of £400+VAT (£470.00)
Stage 4 - HSMP approved - you can now enter the UK without the need for a work permit and look for a job!
As soon as your HSMP visa has been granted you can enter the UK and look for employment right away. Remember you will not need a work permit so you are more likely to get interviews and secure a job offer quickly. If required, we can offer additional job seeking packages and assistance with opening a bank account or finding suitable accommodation.

Refund policy: If your HSMP application is unsuccessful we will refund 50% of our administrative fees on a shared risk basis. The actual refundable figure after deductions is £351.92. If original documents are not supplied at Stage 3 you will not be entitled to any refund. If you are in the UK, visa (Leave to remain) applications are additional and cost £450 plus VAT. If you are outside the UK, leave to remain fees are £200.
