The UK Border Agency operate a same day service for registered Legal Representatives.

The legal representatives' same-day service allows us to submit cases on behalf of our clients.

Your WPC consultant can represent you in several different categories, including:

For straightforward applications, our same day service can allow individuals to avoid normal lengthy processing times. If you live a long way from a UK Border Agency office, cannot take time off work, or prefer to have your case personally represented without the stress or complication then we will be happy to represent you.

Why use a Legal Representative?

As an individual you can request an appointment with the UK Border Agency yourself. This can take several weeks and can be a difficult and time consuming process due to the overwhelming demand for appointments. Legal Representatives however have priority access and can arrange to represent your case more quickly and without the hassle. How will my WPC consultant add value?

Your consultant will check supporting documents and ensure that your application is thoroughly prepared to avoid errors or ommissions that could result in a refusal. WPC have priority Legal Representatives access and can arrange UK Border Agency appointments at short notice.

Results of Same Day service applications are normally decided within one working day, and we will be able to advise the applicant of the outcome of the decision within 24 hours of the appointment. The supporting documents can then be returned to the applicant (or collected) on the next working day following the appointment.

Our standard consultancy fee for a Premium (Same Day) Indefinite Leave to Remain application is £500+VAT.

Tier 1 Priority Application Service

Our standard consultancy fee for a Premium (Same Day) Tier 1 application is:

Main applicant

WPC Fees £999 + VAT

UKBA Fees £1,020 + VAT

Total £2,019 + VAT

Dependant

WPC Fees   £150 + VAT   (** For first dependant and £100 +VAT for each subsequent dependant

  subject to a maximum of £300+VAT)

UKBA Fees £50 + VAT   (** Dependant applying at the same time as the Main Applicant otherwise

  £465 for Postal & £665 for Premium Applications)
